Things to do – there are castles, houses and gardens to visit and activities such as boating, climbing and mountain biking for the more active.
Fabulous food and wonderful hospitality is just a short stroll away at our local, award-winning pub The Butchers Arms. There are many other good places to eat in the area or if you prefer to make use of the well-equipped kitchen, it is easy to find some of the best produce that Cumbria has to offer.
